Plastic Furniture To Go currently offers free standard shipping with no minimum order to eligible United States delivery addresses available through checkout.

Where We Ship

The website currently accepts orders only where a shipping method is offered at checkout. International shipping is not available through online checkout at this time.

Processing and Delivery

Orders generally ship within 3 business days. After shipment, delivery generally takes 2–7 business days based on carrier schedules and destination. These timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; weather, holidays, product availability, and other circumstances can affect delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your street address, unit number, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and product selections before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. An address change may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Order Updates

We send order and fulfillment updates to the email address supplied at checkout. Please check that address carefully and review spam or promotions folders if an expected message is missing.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect your shipment promptly. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the order confirmation, keep the product and packaging and contact us through our Contact page with the order number and photographs when available.
