Plastic Furniture To Go is operated by Casual Plastic LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, create an account, sign up for updates, or place an order.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, account details, order information, product selections, and messages you send us. Payment providers process payment-card details; we do not store complete card numbers on this website.
We also receive routine technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring page, cookies, and similar data needed to operate, secure, and improve the website.
Cookies
Cookies support the shopping cart, checkout, account login, security, preferences, and site performance. Analytics or advertising cookies may also be used when those services are enabled. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout or account features from working.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, through heatmaps and recordings of clicks, scrolling and page views. Text you type, including checkout and payment details, is masked and not recorded. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement.
Phone Calls
Calls to the phone numbers on our website are answered by a virtual assistant (an automated AI receptionist), which tells you at the start of the call that it is a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded. We record these calls and keep the recording, a transcript and a summary of the call, along with your phone number and any details you give us, such as your name, email address and the reason for your call, so our team can follow up and improve our service.
The phone number shown on our website can change from visit to visit. We use call-tracking numbers to learn which pages and ads lead to calls, so a call to one of these numbers is connected to the pages viewed during that visit.
Advertising and Measurement
We use analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest and OpenAI (ChatGPT ads). They may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies to measure visits, to tell us whether an ad led to a purchase, form submission or call, and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. Meta may receive these details both from your browser and from our website’s server.
When you place an order, send us a contact form, or call us and ask to be contacted, we may share your email address, phone number and name with OpenAI in hashed form (converted into a code that does not show the original details), together with technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the ad click identifier from your visit, so OpenAI can report whether one of our ads led to that action. We do not share payment-card details with advertising partners.
Customer Reviews
After an order, you may be offered an optional survey from Google Customer Reviews. If you choose to take part, Google receives your email address, order number, delivery country and estimated delivery date so it can send you the survey.
